TRIPS aims to present products accurately. Images, descriptions, availability, options, and other details may change. A product shown on the site is not a promise that it is available for purchase.
Pricing and availability
Displayed prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. A “From” price identifies the lowest known amount in a supplied range, not the price of every option. Availability and final pricing are confirmed during a working checkout process.
Orders and payment
Online checkout is not currently available. When ordering and payment are enabled, submitting an order will be an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after TRIPS confirms it, and orders may be declined or canceled when a product, price, payment, or order detail cannot be verified.
Shipping and returns
TRIPS currently serves United States shipping destinations. The Shipping Policy and Returns Policy form part of these Terms and provide the current guidance.
Intellectual property
The TRIPS name, branding, graphics, photography, product designs, and site content belong to their respective rights holders. Site access does not grant permission to copy, sell, or commercially exploit them.

The site may be changed, paused, or unavailable without notice. TRIPS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, TRIPS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
